Navigator Partners, LLC., (Navigator) principals have extensive private equity fund management experience.

Navigator focuses on businesses with annual revenues approaching $10MM to over $200MM. Ideal companies have prior year EBITDA approaching at least $2MM, though entities with lower Revenue and EBITDA levels are selectively considered for investment. Navigator's Principals have extensive experience investing in franchisors. The firm will consider investments in franchisors at much earlier stages of development.

W. Joseph Imhoff

is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Navigator Partners, LLC. Mr. Imhoff has been a leader and initiator of numerous acquisitions and strategic joint ventures for over 40 years as both a principal and an operating officer. His extensive international operations and acquisition experience comes from his association with the following leading companies: Hebi Health Care AB, where he served as Chairman and a lead investor in this Swedish publically traded healthcare company (HHC - Stockholm); Hagemeyer Foods, Inc. , a specialty food distribution company which he founded and grew as CEO to the largest company in its industry in five years (now HGM - Euronext Amsterdam) ; Jim Walter Corp. , where he served as Group Vice President and Chief International Officer for this publically traded home builder and building materials manufacturer (now WLT - NYSE); W. R. Grace & Co. , where he served as Group Vice President of the consumer products and services group and group operations officer for several subsidiaries (GRA - NYSE) ; and Borden Inc. , where he served as a Senior Marketing and Operations Officer for several Chicago based food subsidiaries (now part of KKR - NYSE). He is a business graduate of Northwestern University, did undergraduate work at Indiana University and the University of Chicago and is Chairman of Compass Water Solutions, Inc. He presently sits on the board and serves as an advisor to several Navigator portfolio companies including Revere Packaging, Nelson Pipeline Constructors, and K9 Resorts. Previously he served on the board of CK Franchising Inc., Project Leadership Associates, Inc., Coffin Turbo Pump, Inc., and Omni-flight Helicopter, Inc. as well as numerous corporate portfolio boards.

Bernard B. Markey

is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Navigator and a member of its Board of Managers. Mr. Markey has led all aspects of the private equity investment process including making new investments, assisting in building portfolio companies, and in exiting investments through sales and initial public offerings. He was Chairman of Project Leadership Associates, Inc. and HTE, Inc., a NASDAQ traded company. Mr. Markey is a director of K9 Resorts, Lumeta Corporation, Nelson Pipeline Constuctors and a senior care franchisor personally backed by principals of Navigator. He has served on the board of numerous private companies including CK Franchising, Inc., Universal Environmental Services, LLC, Digney York Associates, LLC, and Coffin Turbo Pump, Inc. Mr. Markey is past Chairman of the Greater Philadelphia Venture Group, the predecessor to the MAC Alliance. He was a General Partner with Meridian Venture Partners prior to co-founding Navigator. Mr. Markey is a graduate of Villanova University and received his Masters in Management degree from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.

William H. Stewart, CFA

is a Managing Partner of Navigator Partners. Mr. Stewart has extensive investing, operating and turnaround experience. Prior to joining Navigator, he was a Managing Director at Nassau Capital, a private equity firm responsible for investing $2.5 billion of Princeton University's $10 billion endowment. At Nassau, he led growth equity investments as well as buyouts and recapitalizations in the communications, healthcare, and transportation industries. In addition, Mr. Stewart was also the Chief Financial Officer of KMC Telecom, the country's largest privately held integrated communication provider. During his tenure at the company, he was responsible for its highly successful operating turnaround and financial restructuring. He served as a Director of KMC from 1996 to 2003. Mr. Stewart is a director of K9 Resorts, Nelson Pipeline Constuctors and a senior care franchisor personally backed by Navigator Principals. Mr. Stewart has served as a board advisor to Hypercube LLC, a Dallas based provider of toll free origination services to wireless companies. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and received his M.B.A. and B.S. degrees from New York University and Villanova University, respectively.
